- Tablet
Tablet is a mixture of active substances and excipients, usually in powder form, pressed or compacted into a solid. The excipients include binders, glidants (flow aids) and lubricants to ensure efficient tableting; disintegrant to ensure that the tablet breaks up in the digestive tract; sweeteners or flavors to mask the taste of bad-tasting active ingredients; and pigments to make uncoated tablets visually attractive. A coating may be applied to hide the taste of the tablet’s components, to make the tablet smoother and easier to swallow, and to make it more resistant to the environment, extending its shelf life. Supporting by compression machines provide up to 1.5 million tablets per year output available. - Capsule
Capsule is a unique dosage form which consists two empty separate parts of semi-closed cylinder in shape with i.e caps and body which filled with powder which is capable in order of 60 million capsules per year. - Syrup/Liquid
Syrup is liquid preparations, intended for oral administration, that contain one or more substances with or without flavoring, sweetening, or coloring agents dissolved in water or co solvent water mixtures which is capable in order of 11 million capsules per year. - Injectables Powder
A sterile powder preparation intended for parenteral administration that must be constituted or diluted prior to administration. We’re fully equipped with a new automatic in-line machineries which is capable production in order of 14 million vials per year. - Injectables Solution
Injectables products are intended for use by injection under or through layer of the skin or mucous membranes. In one year, OTTO can provide you for 31 million vials. Since they are directly introduced into internal body compartments, they must be free from microbial contamination and from toxic components as well as possess an exceptionally high level of purity. Therefore, all components and all processes involved in the preparation of these products must be designed to eliminate as much as possible, contamination of all types whether of physical, chemical or microbiological origin.
